17 Tacos to Talk About

May  4, 2015

We've said it many times before, but we'll say it again: There is never, ever a bad time to eat a taco. But that doesn’t mean we don’t get extra excited on holidays when tacos reign supreme, like Cinco de Mayo. This festive day gives us an excuse to show off our guacamole-making and tomato-chopping prowess. But this year we challenge you to use May fifth as an opportunity to expand your taco game.

More: We have everything you need for a stunning Cinco de Mayo party.

To help you out, we've culled our site for stand-out tacos. We found everything from vegan tacos to those with carnitascheese, and eggs. We're willing to wager that one peek at this taco-tastic list will have you counting down the hours until your Cinco de Mayo celebrations. So turn up the heat, press your tortillas, and invite over your friends and neighbors, because these 17 recipes are sure to make you the taco the town:

I love just about any kind of taco, veggie, fish, beef or chicken. If you add a little creme fraiche with some spicy hot sauce and you have great combination! Here is a slow cooker version of Mexican pork carnitas that makes fabulous tacos to feed a crowd: https://ethnicspoon.com/authentic-mexican-pork-carnitas/
