10 Tapas for Summer Nights

July 25, 2014

The culture of tapas is one of conversation, where friends and strangers alike gather around makeshift tables and windowside bars to indulge in each other's company and in the array of small plates in front of them. Glasses of wine pass from hand to hand, dishes travel an unchartered path, and the moveable feast continues late into the night.

As we move into late summer, take advantage of the warm nights that we'll soon have to part with. Bring the tapeo outside with cool drinks and warm dishes, all plated on Provisions serveware designed for sharing small bites

Invite your friends, neighbors, and maybe the passing couple on their evening stroll: This meal is as much about the company as it is the cuisine.

these plates are astonisinghly expensive and they are, in the end, white plates.
